This class will be divided into two sessions. The second session will be taught in October.

Inspired by 16th century Elizabethan embroidery, the frame features thistles, blackberries, pinks, cotoneaster, figs, foxgloves, globe thistle, pansies and strawberries, a hedgehog, bumble bee, dragonfly, owl, soldierfly, bees and beehive, surrounded by a scrolling vine and leaves.  The finished frame may enclose a mirror, a special photograph or precious memento, or perhaps a tiny stumpwork figure!
